At the beginning of the new year, the production workshop of Sichuan Huayi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huayi Bio") has already started an enterprising prelude. The intelligent production lines are operating at full capacity, and workers are working overtime to rush orders and strive for a "good start".

Entering the tea production workshop of Huayi Bio, the intelligent production lines are running at full speed. Workers are monitoring the production data in real time in front of the digital control console, and carrying out multiple processes such as rehydrating, shaping, drying and aroma enhancement on the dried tea. The fragrant tea aroma fills the intelligent production workshop. "We started processing on the eighth day of the lunar new year to complete customers' orders. We process about 10 tons of dried tea every day on average, mainly sending them to Nongfu Spring and some domestic milk tea shops and other customers," said Fang Ke, the deputy general manager of Huayi Bio.

It is understood that Huayi Bio has currently signed sales orders with domestic well-known tea beverage brands such as Nongfu Spring,illy, and Gu Ming, and also shows a strong development momentum in the international market. On January 13, 10 containers loaded with 256 tons of high-quality Sichuan tea produced by the company were sent to three Central Asian countries via the China-Europe Railway Express, achieving a foreign trade "good start" of 3 million US dollars.
"Since the beginning of the year, our company has sent more than 10 containers of tea abroad and more than 100 tons of tea domestically. From January to now, a total of more than 400 tons of tea have been shipped," said Fang Ke.

Since the beginning of the year, 400 tons of tea have been shipped, an increase of 35% compared with the same period last year. Huayi Bio has constructed a whole industry chain layout from the tea garden to the teacup. Its self-built 20,000-mu ecological tea garden meeting EU standards has driven more than 2,000 tea farmers in the surrounding areas to increase their income per mu by more than 2,000 yuan through the "enterprise + cooperative + farmer" model. This year, the digital warehousing and logistics center invested by Huayi Bio with 50 million yuan will be put into use in the second quarter. By then, the annual production capacity will be increased to 8,000 tons, and the annual output value is expected to exceed 300 million yuan.

With the approaching of the spring tea picking season, Huayi Bio has launched the "guarantee quality and supply" double guarantee action to fully meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets and inject new impetus into the goal of the 100-billion-yuan Sichuan tea industry.
