The name "Fuyuan" is derived from the deep - rooted memory code of the land by the Anning River. Team 8 of Qingpi in Panlian Town, formerly known as "Team 1 of Fuyuan", was once named after the farming vision of "Five Blessings Descend upon the House". A striking "Fu" (happiness) character sculpture will be set up in the core area of the park. After the completion of "Fuyuan" Park, Miyi County will form a new urban park pattern of "Yiyuan in the north and Fuyuan in the south".

"Fuyuan" Park covers an area of about 50 mu. It is adjacent to WenTi Road in the north, an unnamed planned branch road in the south, Binhe Road in the west, and Fuyuan Road in the east. During the construction of the park, Miyi County has simultaneously launched the construction of three characteristic streets, namely WenTi Road, Fuyuan Road, and Binhe Road, for an overall "one - park - drives - three - streets" development. Native trees will be densely planted, and large - scale landscape flower borders with bougainvillea, pyrostegia venusta, and climbing roses will be arranged. Ni Guoyang, a resident living in Nancheng No.1 Community and a badminton enthusiast, said, "After this park is built, we don't have to go to such a far place to exercise anymore. This is a real good deed done by the county Party Committee and the county government for us ordinary people. I'm looking forward to its early completion." In the past, he had to go to Yiyuan Park to play badminton or take a walk in the South City Ecological Wetland Park every day. After the completion of "Fuyuan" Park, he can exercise just by going downstairs, which is very convenient.

During the construction of "Fuyuan" Park, space will be intensively utilized to plan and build a modern underground parking lot in the park.
