In order to implement and carry out a series of activities of the "National Private Enterprise Service Month in 2025", build a communication bridge between the government and enterprises, and boost enterprises' efforts in stabilizing employment and expanding recruitment as well as the high-quality employment of the public, from April 24th to 25th, Yanbian County of Panzhihua City simultaneously held the fourth recruitment fair in 2025 with the theme of "Serving Private Enterprises and Helping Achieve Common Prosperity and Beauty" in Hongge Town and Xinjiu Town.

Focusing on key industries such as the low-altitude economy, modern agriculture, and health and wellness services, a total of 30 local key enterprises and growth-oriented private enterprises participated in this recruitment fair. A cumulative total of more than 1,100 positions were provided, covering various levels such as general workers, skilled workers, management, finance, and human resources, meeting the diverse employment needs of different groups. More than 100 people reached preliminary employment intentions on the spot.

Special zones such as enterprise recruitment, intern positions, public welfare positions, and policy consultation were set up at the event site, and targeted measures were taken according to the needs of different groups. At the same time, accurate services such as interpretation of employment policies and social security consultation were provided for enterprises to help them attract talents and expand employment while stabilizing their workforce.

There was an endless stream of job seekers at the scene. Many people said that it was very convenient to learn about job positions, submit resumes, and enjoy guidance services right at their doorstep. "There are many enterprises and a full range of positions in this recruitment fair. I have already found an intended position and I'm looking forward to starting work smoothly," said Li Yang, a job seeker.

In recent years, Yanbian has continuously built a closed-loop employment system of "demand - cultivation - employment". Through the mechanism of "job list + skills training + dynamic tracking", it has strengthened digital intelligence empowerment and the matching of supply and demand. Focusing on the employment needs of private enterprises and key industrial chains, a three-way linkage mechanism of "HR specialist + industrial park + industry competent department" has been established. Diverse trainings such as the new apprentice system, rural construction craftsmen, and homestay managers have been carried out in a targeted manner. The direct train model of "training contract - assessment and employment - follow-up service" has been explored, effectively promoting the transformation of the labor force from "availability" to "suitability".

In the next step, taking the series of activities of the "National Private Enterprise Service Month in 2025" as an opportunity, Yanbian will continue to carry out a series of assistance actions of "Tasty Yanbian · Employment at Your Side". It will continuously optimize the supply of human resources services. Focusing on key industries, it will further promote the in-depth integration of public employment services and industrial development, enabling enterprises to obtain talents, the public to obtain jobs, and the region to obtain impetus, providing a solid support for promoting the high-quality development of the county's economy and achieving the goal of common prosperity and beauty.
