In recent years, Dengba Village in Shoubao Town, Qianwei County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, has been guided by Party building. By adopting the model of 'Party branch leading, integration of three governance methods, and co-construction of harmony and beauty,' the village has blazed a new trail for livable and prosperous development. It has successively won seven national and provincial honors, including National Civilized Village and National Model Village for Democracy and Rule of Law, making it a model of rural revitalization.

Industrial agglomeration: from scattered planting to the transformation of agricultural tourism integration

The village Party branch led the establishment of a collective shareholding economic cooperative, integrating over 2 million yuan to support more than 80% of the households in developing an industrial matrix that includes 2,500 mu of tea gardens on the mountain, 800 mu of orchards and aquaculture gardens at the foot of the mountain, and 300 mu of lotus and water chestnut fields. This initiative generates an annual economic benefit of 3.2 million yuan, with each household seeing an income increase of over 3,000 yuan. The cooperative has nurtured 253 'family leaders' and conducted over 20 technical training sessions, introducing high-quality varieties to invigorate the industry. Leveraging the 'Dengba Lotus' brand, the village has successfully hosted seven consecutive cultural tourism festivals. The opening ceremony has garnered over one million online views, attracting more than a thousand visitors daily, with a single-day direct economic benefit of 60,000 yuan. This model of integrating agriculture, culture, and tourism has attracted significant attention from media outlets such as the People's Daily.

The integration of the three treatments: deliberation and self-government resonate with the new civilized wind

Innovative "deliberation, decision-making, and action" mechanisms have been established to address over 150 livelihood issues through courtyard meetings and corridor deliberations. Over 80 events, including the selection of "civilized households" and Chongyang Festival celebrations, have been organized to quantify civilized behavior through evaluation indicators. The lawyer village sponsorship system has been implemented, and the "law into homes" campaign has been launched to cultivate legal "informed individuals" and strengthen the rule of law foundation.

Infrastructure quality improvement: upgrading from traditional villages to livable communities

The "Party branch package, mass self-construction" model has enabled 96 villagers to live in "small villas" equipped with water, electricity and Internet. A total of 260 street lamps have been installed, more than 20 kilometers of roads have been hardened, 202 rural houses have been renovated, a sewage treatment plant and standardized public toilets have been built, and the coverage rate of infrastructure has exceeded 95%.

Service efficiency: "one-stop" convenience and volunteer teams are driven by both

A party-crowd service center integrating office, deliberation and service has been set up, which can handle more than 20 livelihood services; a 15-person "village second" service team has been set up to handle more than 160 items on behalf of others. The Women and Children's Home has carried out more than 10 activities, serving more than 200 people.

Co-building with China: environmental improvement and industrial upgrading go hand in hand

Carry out the 'three gardens and one line' renovation, beautify the front yards and courtyards, advance the construction of 900 acres of high-standard farmland, renovate 500 acres of standardized tea gardens and orchards, build a new cold chain sorting center, and connect the 'high-speed rail station-lotus viewing-fruit picking' micro-agricultural tourism route. Form over 80 volunteer teams known as the 'four officers and five teams,' conduct more than 100 civilized practice activities, and the 'four-to-household' mechanism of Party members and cadres has resolved over 40 public issues.

From industrial prosperity to effective governance, Dengba Village is leading ecological green with the red of party building, and is transforming the blueprint of "beautiful countryside" into a real scene of happiness that can be felt by the masses.
