On September 18, the Russian Economic and Trade Delegation of Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce carried out a series of efficient and pragmatic economic and trade docking activities in Moscow, and achieved a number of substantive results.

On the morning of that day, the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce's Russian Economic and Trade Delegation held a business matchmaking session with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The event adopted a hybrid online-offline format, with the main venue set at the Chamber's headquarters in Russia while 300 video sub-venues were simultaneously established across Russia. This setup created a comprehensive cross-border economic exchange platform featuring extensive coverage and multi-party collaboration.

Vladimir Ganza, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and Konstantin Wolf, Chair of the Industrial Technology and Innovation Cooperation Committee of the Chamber, attended the main event alongside the delegation. At the conference, Hu Ying, President of Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, first introduced the city's cultural tourism resources. Given the current visa exemption between China and Russia, she expressed hope for increased Russian tourist visits to Leshan. She then focused on promoting local industrial specialties, providing detailed introductions to participating Leshan enterprises and their distinctive products.

Vladimir Ganza, president of the Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, introduced the main situation of the Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry. At present, there are more than 100,000 enterprises in the Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry, among which large enterprises account for more than 30% (more than 30,000), which play an important role and influence in the Russian economic system and provide resource support for bilateral cooperation.

To deepen practical cooperation, President Hu Ying promoted 167 enterprises from Leshan, with nearly a thousand products listed on the procurement platform of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Konstantin Wolf highly praised this initiative, stating that it was the only regional chamber of commerce organization in China to promote enterprises on the platform, establishing a long-term cooperative bridge between Russia and Leshan's business communities.

The symposium successfully opened up communication channels between the business communities of Leshan and Russia, laying a solid foundation for the two sides to expand trade and promote investment cooperation in the future.

In the afternoon of that day, a delegation from Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and Leshan International Chamber of Commerce to Russia Economic and Trade Inspection visited Mr.Gao Qi, chief representative of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Russia, and held a discussion with Mr.Tan Guoqi, president of Sichuan-Chongqing General Chamber of Commerce in Russia.

Gao Qi extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Leshan Import-Export Chamber of Commerce and Leshan International Chamber of Commerce. He emphasized that this marked the first visit by a domestic chamber delegation to the CCPIT Representative Office in Russia, highlighting its strategic significance. After listening to President Hu Ying's presentation on Leshan's tourism resources, industrial strengths, and corporate engagement, Gao Qi noted the city's dual advantages: abundant cultural tourism assets alongside a robust industrial base. He encouraged entrepreneurs to adopt a long-term perspective in international markets, stressing that "opportunities favor the prepared." Gao Qi also commended local enterprises for their proactive efforts in expanding into the Russian market, pledging active support from CCPIT's Russian branch to facilitate these initiatives.

The symposium was highly engaging and yielded significant outcomes. Building on the thorough preparatory coordination between Chinese and Russian enterprises, this event achieved multiple practical results: The Leshan Import & Export Chamber of Commerce signed a friendship cooperation agreement with the Sichuan-Chongqing General Chamber of Commerce in Russia on-site, aiming to establish a long-term communication mechanism to further promote economic and trade exchanges between the two regions; Six companies including Sichuan Sentaiyuan and Luocheng Beef signed product purchase agreements worth 350 million yuan; Six enterprises such as Sichuan Dongsisi, Hill Electronics, and Junhe Environmental Protection signed six project cooperation agreements covering multiple collaboration fields.
