Recently, a business dialogue event with the theme of "Moscow · Leshan" was held in Moscow Export Center, Russia. The event was jointly organized by the Development Department of Moscow Municipal Government, Moscow Export Center and Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce.

On September 15, China and Russia officially implemented a mutual visa exemption policy. Seizing this strategic opportunity, Hu Ying, President of Leshan Import-Export Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation to actively engage with Russian markets, aiming to attract more tourists and gain a competitive edge. At the event, the promotional video showcasing Leshan's investment opportunities and cultural tourism resources captured widespread attention. The video vividly demonstrated Leshan's industrial foundation, cultural attractions, and potential for international collaboration, earning high praise from Russian representatives.

Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of the Moscow Export Center, stated that Sichuan is an economic powerhouse in western China, and Leshan's proactive visit has brought significant opportunities for bilateral cooperation. He explained that since its establishment in 2017, the Moscow Export Center has actively promoted the implementation of international projects, and the arrival of the Leshan delegation holds great significance for deepening practical cooperation between the two regions.

At the symposium, Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce highlighted multiple member enterprises and their competitive products across sectors including biomedicine, semiconductors, agricultural products, and cultural tourism. Russian institutions also delivered specialized presentations on Moscow Chamber of Commerce's foreign trade support mechanisms and market opportunities for agricultural exports through its Agricultural Export Center, providing clear guidance for Sino-Russian business collaboration.

During the signing ceremony, the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and the Moscow Export Center inked a cooperation agreement. Chamber President Hu Ying presented a trilingual (Chinese-Russian-English) USB drive containing product information for 167 Leshan enterprises and nearly a thousand items to Russian counterparts. Vitaly Stepanov pledged to visit Leshan soon to advance the implementation of mutually agreed projects, cementing the "Moscow-Leshan" bilateral partnership through sustained collaborative dialogue.

This business event not only effectively promoted Leshan's industrial and cultural tourism resources, but also initially established an efficient platform for enterprise connectivity, information sharing, and in-depth cooperation between Leshan and the Moscow region.
