On October 28, Leshan City hosted a donation ceremony and summary symposium titled "Great Love for Leshan: Nurturing Your Growth – Full Sky Star Scholarship Pairing Program" under the auspices of the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber of Commerce, and Overseas Chinese Business Association. Attending the event were Municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary Wen Su, officials from the Women's Federation, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Education Bureau, and other relevant departments, representatives of generous corporate donors, as well as delegates from district/county education bureaus and schools receiving scholarships. The gathering celebrated the fruitful outcomes of four years of educational support and looked forward to new chapters of collaborative development. The meeting was chaired by Hu Ying, President of the Chamber of Commerce.

The meeting commenced in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Li Caixia, Chairwoman of the Leshan Women's Federation, and Cai Bangrong, Party Secretary of the Leshan Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered opening remarks. In their addresses, they commended the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce for its role in uniting business forces and supporting public welfare initiatives. They also expressed deep appreciation to private enterprises that have consistently participated in the "Full Sky Star Pairing Scholarship Program" over the past four years, recognizing their selfless contributions to society.

In his concluding remarks, Wen Su, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, highly commended the remarkable achievements made by the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber of Commerce, and Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association in the "Full Sky Star Pairing Scholarship Program" over the past four years. He emphasized that the program has demonstrated strong organizational capacity, broad participation, and outstanding results, fully showcasing the commitment and spirit of Leshan's private entrepreneurs who embody "responsibility in wealth, righteousness in prosperity, and compassion in affluence." He stressed that as we enter a crucial period for thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, these chambers should seize this opportunity to prioritize high-quality development. On one hand, they should actively guide member enterprises to grasp development trends, strengthen confidence in growth, and continuously enhance the real economy to inject stronger momentum into Leshan's economic development. On the other hand, they should uphold their fine traditions, courageously shoulder social responsibilities, and demonstrate greater contributions in promoting common prosperity, rural revitalization, and social welfare, achieving a win-win situation for both corporate and social benefits. He expressed hope that the Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber of Commerce, and Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association would continue leveraging their strengths, rallying broader forces, and contributing wisdom and strength to writing a new chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Leshan.

During the sharing session, Li Xiaohong, representative of Fuhua Group, shared her heartfelt journey and reflections on participating in the educational assistance program, pledging to continue supporting Leshan's educational philanthropy. Deng Yi, principal of Xuekoushan Town United Primary School in Mabian Yi Autonomous County (a county in Sichuan Province), spoke on behalf of all beneficiaries. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Municipal Party Committee and Government for their guidance, the Chamber of Commerce for its meticulous organization, and the philanthropic enterprises for their noble contributions.

The "Full Sky Star Scholarship Program", jointly launched by Leshan Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, International Chamber of Commerce, and Overseas Chinese Business Association, has been running for four consecutive years. Having covered 105 schools, the initiative has raised and distributed scholarships and supplies worth 8.28 million yuan, providing targeted assistance to over 27,000 economically disadvantaged families across multiple districts and counties. This program has established a strong brand reputation and social influence.
